Kennel Flora is pleased to announce the successful mating of Flora's Ollaliberry (Target) and Pacific Rim's Bernalia Dot (Dottie) in March of 2010, and birth of their litter of three healthy pups on Mother's Day, May 9, 2010. Both Target and Dottie have shown in the American Rare Breed Association (ARBA) dog show arena before Danish-Swedish Farmdog Club of America (DSFCA) sponsored Scandinavian judges educated in the breed. Both dogs received breeding approval by way of excellent ratings in the show ring. Additionally, this is the first farmdog litter born in the US where OFA hip testing of both parents was prerequisite to the breeding. At this time, only Kennel Flora and Kennel Valhalla have committed to hip testing all breeding pairs and registering with the Orthopedics Foundation for animals (OFA).

Target is an amazing sports dog as evidenced by his many titles, particularly with regards to agility. He was recently the focus of a newspaper story in the Daily Herald on Dock Diving.

Dottie's family keeps her very active doing things farmdogs love to do -- hunting rodents is a favorite activity. She has participated in various herding activities, and is a maniac for lure coursing.
